Plus Property, Thailand’s leading integrated Residential estate company, said it expects revenue to jump 60 percent this year to 4.5 billion baht on the projected growth of sale of residential units.
Plus’s Chief Executive Officer Mayta Chanchamcharat said the company last year generated the total revenue of 2.86 billion baht, from which 2.43 billion came from project development, 197 million from brokerage fee, 165 million from project management fee and 69 million from other businesses.
Plus set the goal to push revenue from residential project development to about 4 billion baht, income from brokerage business to 280 million baht, while revenue from project management is foreseen at 209 million baht.
This year, the company has also adjusted its corporate brand to “Plus Property” from the previous “Plus Property Partner” to make easier for the company to convey the message concerning its business group structure to the target audience.
Currently, it has four core business groups; project development, project management service, brokerage and real estate advisory.
“In 2007, we have a policy to undergo our business under the concept of “We are the Value Plus” with additional values in four aspects: the better value to the consumers, the stronger investment value, the superior professional value and the corporate social responsibility value,” Mayta said.
“We are aiming to be the utmost, integrated residential estate company with a total solution and products that live up to the clients’ demand in all aspect, while maintaining ourselves as a good contributor to the benefit of all stakeholders; from investors, clients, business partners to the society,” he said.
Meantime, Plus Property’s Senior Director for Corporate Marketing Dusadee Tancharoen said the company is launching a new condominium project under the brand “My Condo”, with a project value of 1.6 billion baht and available in three prime locations; Sathorn-Taksin, Sukhumvit 103 and Pinklao.
Unit price starts from slightly below one million baht for the smallest 24-square meter unit, requiring buyers a monthly installment of around 4,000 baht once the mortgage is granted. The target market of My Condo is people aged from 25 years old and with minimum income of 20,000 baht per month.
“We have conducted researches and found out there is room for growth in this market segment — people looking for affordable condominium with optimal utilization and convenience. At My Condo, you can move in without any additional investment on furniture and other decorations. It’s already furnished,” Dusadee said.
Plus also unveiled its latest 1.4-billion-baht townhouse project under the brand “Town+” (Town Plus) in three locations; Rama 9, Suvarnabhumi and Ladprao 101 with a total of 466 townhouse units. Price starts from the minimum of 2.45 million baht for the land size of 19.4 square wah. (One square wah equals four square meters)
“Town+ has been created under the concept of “City Living Attitude” as we want to create a community where people live happily together in homes that have been carefully designed and created to match their tastes and lifestyles in convenient locations,” Dusadee said.
The company will officially launch the two new projects in its own trade fair “Let’s Plus” to be held on 23-25 March 2007 at the Parc Paragon square of Siam Paragon along with 18 other projects from Plus such as Condo One Ladprao/Soho/Sukhumvit 67/Sathorn, Condo One X Satorn-Narativas, Plus City park Ngamwonwan/Srinakarin-Suanluang/Sanambinnam/Ekamai-Ramindra and Plus Park Avenue Lasalle-Srinakarin.
