Chef Sam Leong from the renowned My Humble House Singapore has the pleasure to demonstrate his 1 time cooking show at The Conrad Hotel on Saturday 26 May 2007 at 10.30 hrs.
Chef Sam has selected his 2 favourite recipes to present his modern Chinese Cuisine. “My food is not only look nice or tasty, but they are healthy too.” said Chef Sam.
Price is at Baht 2,000 per person includes of his new beautiful cook book(not launched yet), tasting dishes and a welcome cocktail.

Sam Leong is Director of Kitchens for the highly acclaimed Tung Lok Group of Restaurants known for its elegant establishments, based in Singapore. He was the recipient of S.Pellegrino Chef of the Year Award at the 2005 World Gourmet Summit Awards of Excellence. He is one of the guest chefs coming to Bangkok for the Wine & Gourmet Asia 2007.
