The process for closing the Rehabco sector will be the following, as approved by the SET Board on April 5,2006:when a firm's securities is in the REHABCO sector less than 2 years, it will be back to its normal sector, but will bear both a Non-Compliance (NC) sign to inform investors that the firm may be delisted, and a Suspension (SP) sign to prevent trading. The firm has two years from the announcement of a possible delisting to rehabilitate itself.If a company is unable to resolve its causes of possible delisting within two years, the SET will remove its firm's securities from the trading board and transfer
them into the Non-Performing Group.If the company then resolves its problems in line with the SET's criteria,the SET will consider moving the securities back to its normal sector.
Since 7 March 2005, the SET has announced the listed companies subjected to Rehabilitation plan preparation under REHABCO sector which were Circuit Electronic Industries Public Company Limited (CIRKIT),Thai-Denmark Swine Breeder Public Company Limited (D-MARK), New Plus Knitting Public Company Limited (NPK) and since 18 March 2005, for the Hantex Public Company Limited (HTX).After considered the latest financial statements submitted following the given two years, CIRKIT, D-MARK, HTX and NPK could not resolve their problems in line with the SET's criteria. Thus, the SET will follow the above resolutions by removing the securities of CIRKIT, D-MARK, HTX and NPK from the trading board and transfer them into the Non-Performing Group (NPG) from June 1, 2007 onward until the companies have resolved their causes of possible delisting. At any time the companies meet the criteria for removal from being delisted, they may apply for a transfer to their normal sector.
CIRKIT ,D-MARK ,HTX and NPK will be remained their listing status and they must comply with the SET requirements i.e.information disclosure, maintaining the listing status etc. However,the
securities' name do not appear on the trading board anymore. Please be noted that investors are able to follow up CIRKIT , D-MARK ,HTX and NPK 's information disclosure, including rights and benefits from company news, trading sign,including rights and benefits via SETSMART or the SET website.
