The “Monthly Art & Antique Auction”
Time : 10 a.m. — 5 p.m. Venue : 4th Floor
The Riverside Auction House will hold its monthly auction at the Auction Hall on the 4th floor of the River City Shopping Complex.
Among 160 lots are ceramics, porcelains in blue & white, monochromes and polychromes from the Far East; Thai and Khmer grazed ceramics and potteries; antique bronze and silver objects of Southeast Asia; Chinese and Burmese woodcarving as well as collectible European objects d’art.
All lots will be on view at the same venue, 7 days before the auction date, daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Illustrated catalogues will be available at the Preview Room.

Private Collection Exhibition and Sale

Fascinate the first - rate decorative items and many fine products in Oriental style in Private Collection exhibition, specially the jewel carpet discovered by the European and Indian nobleman, the rare art objects owned by Indian masters in the great castles and palaces centuries ago.

The highlight is jewel carpet, needle embroidered with golden thread and studded with precious stones. From its adorable beauty, Mughal Emperors decorated wall in the palace with jewel carpets.
Also showing the hand-knotted carpets in a variety of styles and size from Kashmir, marble inlaid with Precious stones furniture sets, Indian silk brocade and much more imported household utensils in beautiful designs.
The exhibition will be during May 18 — June 23, 2007 at the Grand Hall,

The “Rome & Paris” Art Exhibition

Relax with cultural art, entitled the “Rome & Paris” Art Exhibition during June 27 — July 7, 2007 in the Grand Hall, River City Shopping Complex, Si-Phraya pier at 11 a.m. — 8 p.m.
A group of artists; Pratuang Emjaroen, Preecha Thaothong, Boonying Emjaroen, Peerapong Kulpisarn, Somchai Wacharasombat, Nukool Panyadee, Banlu Wiliyapornprapard, Pakdee Limpong, Pattanun Thaothong, Pramode Kijjamnongpan, Komsan Ruenggosol, Rattanalid Jantararungsri, creates 120 cultural art objects and passes on stories and sceneries of Italy and France with remarkable techniques. They reflect aspect of material and mind for supporting life in Rome and France.
