EMC Corporation, the world leader in information infrastructure solutions today announced the appointment of Thada Savetsila as its new Country Manager for Thailand. Thada Savetsila will be responsible for leading EMC’s growth in Thailand, enhancing partner and channel relationships, and leading the team of EMC information management and storage professionals in Thailand to help customers design, implement, and realize the benefits of an information lifecycle management strategy.
Reporting to Ron Goh, President of EMC South Asia, Thada Savetsila has more than 20 years of experience in sales, marketing and business development. Prior to joining EMC, Mr. Thada was Director & General Manager Corporate Solution, Wholesales & Interconnection of True Corporation Public Limited. During his 6 years at True Corporation, Mr. Thada achieved profitable business growth and penetrated new market opportunities by implementing key initiatives that transformed the organization’s sales productivity and customer engagement model. Prior to True Corporation, Mr. Thada was Country Manager for Dell Computer Thailand and Enterprise Computing Director for Compaq Computer Thailand.

Mr. Thada earned a degree in Political Science from Chulalongkorn University and a graduate degree in Public Administration from Pennsylvania State University.
