Jet Airways, India’s premier international airline, in cooperation with THAI Catering Department recently hosted a ‘Food & Wine Tasting’ event for media members to sample and learn more about Jet Airways’ in-flight Thai and Indian meals along with internationally-awarded Champagne and wines. On hand at the event were THAI Catering’s Executive Chef, Mr. Santo Zoppis and Indian Chef, Mr. G. D. Pandey, who explained the ingredients, spices and cooking techniques used to ensure that all meals served to passengers on Jet Airways are authentic and of the highest quality.
