Khun Yamanaka has over 11 years of experience and expertise in Human Resources Management.Prior to joining the Raimon Land team, Khun Haruthai was Human Resources Manager at Ban Yan Tree Bangkok where she was responsible for Human Resources operations, including compensation, benefits, recruitment, associate relations and administration. As Human Resources Manager, Khun Yamanaka achieved significant improvements by implementing effective strategies for career development programs and by revising policies and procedures for all Banyan Tree Hotels & Resorts.Her hard work and dedication to employees earned her team the highest scores during Human Resources Audits conducted among all Banyan Tree properties in both 2003 & 2004. Prior to working for the Banyan Tree, Khun Haruthai was an examiner for a title insurance company in Washington, USA.Khun Haruthai has a Bachelor of Arts from Chiang- Mai University and a Master of Business Administration from City University, USA.
