Bangkok--20 Jun--SET As SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited ("SC") received the summons, from the special investigation official, the Department of Special Investigation ("DSI") in the status of an accuser, to inform the allegation to SC due to SC offended under the Article 65 and 278 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535, which Mr. Sunai Manomaiudom, the Director of Department of Special Investigation, has published news on today. SC would like to explain the fact that the allegation regarding to Article 65 and 278 of the Securities and Exchange Act B.E. 2535 concerning with the presenting of the messages in the offer for sale of securities or the draft of the prospectus, which have been filed under the main point of the Article 65.
