Bangkok--22 Jun--SET Dragon One PCL will list on Thailand’s Market for Alternative Investment (mai) and commence trading on June 25, 2007.The securities of Dragon One PCL, which operates as a holding company, will be use “D1” as their trading symbol, mai President Mr. Chanitr Charnchainarong announced. Presently D1 invests in one core company and three related firms, as detailed below: 1. Core company: Application Hosting Service Co., Ltd. (A-Host) is a leading distributor of Oracle Corporation’s software in Thailand and has more than 100 direct sales outlets and agents. A-Host also provides computer system planning and implementation, and hosting services. D1 holds a 95.26% stake in this company. 2. Related companies: - Chaiyo Productions is a technology contents company, in which D1 hold a 5.43% stake. - Onenet Co., Ltd. is a provider of software, computer and online games, in which D1 hold a 16.67% stake. - BritBike Co., Ltd. is a motorcycle distributor and the sole agent for Triumph motorcycles in Thailand. D1 holds a 15% share in this company. D1 has THB 351.02 million (about USD 10.12 million) paid-up capital, comprised of an existing 351.02 million ordinary shares, each with a par value of THB 1.00. The firm’s dividend payment policy is to pay no less than 50% of its net profit after tax and legal reserves. As of May 9, 2007, the principal shareholders in the company were Mr. Jrarat Pingclasai, holding 21.37% of paid-up capital, followed by Mr. Seubpong Petcharat and Mr. Bunprasit Tangchaisuk, who held 4.28% and 4.27%, respectively.
