Bangkok--9 Jul--TQPR Soi Cat and Dog Rescue (SCAD) recently received an award from TV Ar-Sa (Volunteer TV program) for its work to improve the lives and reduce the numbers of Thailand’s street cats and dogs, while working with the local communities, through realistic programs of animal birth control, education and adoption.
