Chef Ng brings with him over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, in a distinguished career. He has worked in many of the finest properties in Asia Pacific such as Traders Hotel Beijing, Shangri-La Hotel Singapore and Singapore Hilton International. Prior to this appointment, he was an Executive Chinese Chef at the Shangri-La Hotel in New Delhi, India. Chef Ng is native Singaporean. He is married to Low Choi Lin and has three grown up children.
