To celebrate this special auspicious month, Chef Richard Taffs - the Executive Chef at JW Marriott Bangkok - will take you to a journey of 4-course-tradition Steakhouse menu. The set menu start with the New York Steakhouse Trio, followed by a choice of the most classic soup of New York Steakhouse, choices are Lobster Bisque or Double Beef Consomm?. For main course, choice for those beef lover is US Fillet Mignon (8 oz) served with Green Peppercorn, Bearnaise or Bordelaise Red Wine Sauce and an optional choice for those seafood fan are Phuket Lobster - Grilled, Baked, Steamed or Thermidor. The main course also comes with our traditional Mashed Potatos and Cream Spinach. This special celebrating menu end with the memorable dessert - Chocolate Dream, served with Tea Infusion or Illy Coffee.
