Bangkok--17 Jul--SEC H.E. Mr. Abdullah Al-Turifi, Chief Executive Officer of the Emirates Securities and Commodities Authority (ESCA), and Mr. Thirachai Phuvanatnaranubala, Secretary-General of the SEC, signed a Memorandum of Understanding today to enhance mutual cooperation and information sharing in regulating and developing their respective capital markets.
