Bangkok--18 Jul--Francom Asia PR Khun Phongsak, Executive Chef at the Great Hornbill Grill and Restaurant at PB Valley is pleased to introduce its Menu of the Month for August 2007. The August monthly menu was created with meat lovers in mind. August’s mouth-watering special is: - Smoked breast of duckling - “Osso Buco” braised veal shank served with buttered noodles and accompanied with fresh vegetables - Passion fruit ice cream - Coffee or tea All for Baht 595 net. Chef Phongsak commented: “We are creating a menu with good quality and seasonal ingredients. To make this menu more pleasurable, I would like to recommend the Pirom Tempranillo 2005 which has been partly aged in French oak vats for 12 months. It has an elegant taste with sensuous soft spices and cedar. It goes perfectly well with all types of meats.” Special promotion on Mother’s day: The Great Hornbill has prepared a special treat for August 12, 2007: a special Set menu that mothers can enjoy free of charge if accompanied by 2 adults person. The Great Hornbill Grill & Restaurant is a country-style restaurant and serves an exquisite selection of Thai, Fusion as well as German dishes, ranging from simple snacks to complete gourmet lunch or dinner. Featuring both indoor and outdoor sections, the Great Hornbill overlooks the Khao Yai Winery’s vineyards.
