Bangkok--7 Aug--Thai Airways In celebration of Her Majesty the Queen Sirikit's 75th Birthday, Thai Airways International has prepared a special menu, which will be served to all passengers traveling on international flights departing from Bangkok between 11 - 13 August 2007. Flg.Off. Apinan Sumanaseni, THAI’s President, stated that THAI will be celebrating Her Majesty the Queen Sirikit's 74th Birthday or Mothers Day by preparing and serving special dishes to all passengers departing from Bangkok between 11-13 August 2007 of every flight (except for flights departing scheduled between 5:00am — 9:00am or/and flights with breakfast). The menus are as follows: First Class (Special Thai set Menu): - Appetizer Smoked Salmon roll with crab fillings. - Main Course Spicy soup with tomato centered with shredded shrimp, stir-fried pumpkin with mixture of mushrooms, served with Thai Hom Mali steamed rice. Business Class and Silk Class (Special Thai set Menu): - Appetizer Grilled shrimp and scallops served with mustard sauce, avocado and tomato salad. - Main Course Grilled chicken with pandan sauce, stir-fried mixed vegetables served with Thai Hom Mali steamed rice. Economy Class (Special Thai set Menu): - Appetizer Deep fried salmon with salad. - Main Course Grilled chicken with pandan sauce, stir-fried mixed vegetables served with Thai Hom Mali steamed rice. Moreover, dessert for all passengers in all classes will be Avocado Mouse with Honey. This menu will be served to celebrate Her Majesty the Queen Sirikit’s 75th Birthday, 12th August 2007.
