Bangkok--14 Aug--DTAC DTAC signed a bilateral Interconnection agreement with DPC. The rates are in accordance with the Reference Interconnection Offer (RIO), which the NTC approved on August 24, 2006. DTAC has now signed bilateral interconnection agreements with True Move, AIS, Triple T Broadband and DPC, which together with DTAC represents approximately 45 million Thai telecom consumers. About DTAC: DTAC is the second largest mobile operator in Thailand with 14.5 million customers as of June 30, 2007.
