That’s why we dare to challenge non-Ford users to prove this themselves in this “Ford Challenge” campaign. Power’s Customer Satisfaction Index in 2006 and again this year.” To add more excitement to the campaign launch, Ford’s top executives led by Mr. Brewer, Mr. Saroj Kiatfuengfoo, Vice President — Marketing and Sales, and Ms. Kay Hart, Vice President — Marketing, and Ford dealer representatives from all region nationwide have all agreed to be the presenters in the new TV commercial for the first time to show how confident the company is in its service quality and dealer as well as in making customers’ lives more exciting by challenging them to experience Ford’s many offerings at over 90 Ford showrooms across the nation. Under the “Ford Challenge” campaign, Ford and its nationwide dealerships challenge customers to test drive and prove the outstanding performance and capability of the Ford Ranger at all Ford showrooms nationwide. Within seven days after the test drive, if the customer still decides to buy a competitor pickup, Ford would give them a free Bt2,000 fuel coupon. In any Ford Ranger test drive, customers enjoy the mini-rally where they are challenged to find all the product’s key why-buys which include excellent performance, fuel efficiency, safety and comfort. Likewise, during the acceleration test and road holding test, customers get to experience the outstanding drivability provided by the one-piece chassis and the front and rear stabilizer. A lot of exciting gifts are prepared to be given away to test-drive customers. In addition to the test drive, customers who buy any Ford vehicles during the campaign period will have a chance to win a free Ford Ranger WildTrak Limited Edition. Escape Real SUV Challenge: Customers are challenged to test their darting or shooting skills by throwing balls to hit Thailand’s top travel destinations on the provided map. Focus WRC Challenge: (at Bangkok showrooms) Ford challenges customers to prove their racing skill in the Focus WRC racing game on a Sony Play Station.
