Huawei has not been officially notified by the Communications Authority of Thailand (CAT) of its decision on any penalties in relation to the CDMA network project. Huawei remains in dialogue with CAT on this matter. 2. The completed CDMA network is fully operational, but the decision to commercialize the network lies solely with CAT. 3. The delay in providing a complimentary service upgrade, called Release A, does not have any operational impact on the network which was successfully delivered and accepted by CAT last January 26, 2007.
