It is expected to sell 100 forklifts in the first year of its operation, and enjoy a continued growth of 10% annually by employing direct marketing approach to the focused targets as its marketing strategy. Dr.Songwoot Graipaspong, the Managing Director of TCJ Asia Public Co., Ltd., revealed the company’s plans to expand its businesses from the distribution of heavy machinery, cranes, and the manufacturing of stainless steel tube. Recently, the company was awarded from OM Carrelli Elevatori who are the leading manufacturer in Italy to be the sole distributor throughout Thailand, Loas, Cambodia and Myanmar for OM products which includes the full range of forklift trucks and industrial vehicles. This move will surely support TCJ Asia to fully penetrate into industrial and logistics market. Currently Thailand is one of the countries with very high potential in industrial development in the South East Asia region. Whilst forklift trucks continue to be an essential tool in handling and transporting of raw materials, component parts, and finished products in manufacturing facilities and logistical outlets; therefore, this will help the company to develop and expand its business in various areas since the total market size for forklift is estimated to be at least 4 billion Baht a year with an expected growth rate of around 10% annually. “This is a major step forward in our business.
