Bangkok--12 Sep--Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide Siriraj Hospital won two “Asian Hospital Management Awards 2007”, the prestigious awards from Asia’s largest hospital management conference, Hospital Management Conference 2007 held recently in Thailand. Siriraj won the first prize in Human Resource Development for its “Routine to Research (R2R) Project: Striving Towards Learning Organization” and runner-up award in Customer Service Category for “The Heart by Siriraj — A Radical Change in Public Hospital Service”. The awards were presented to hospitals and healthcare organizations with outstanding improvement in seven areas namely customer service, human resource development, internal service, marketing, PR or promotions, patient safety/quality medical care, and technical service improvement. The award presentation was held at the end of the two-day seminar which attracted over 600 visitors from 31 Asian countries.
