Bangkok--13 Sep--JW Marriott Bangkok Chef Aki’s Real Traditional Japanese Cooking Class & Teppanyaki Workshop on October 6th, 2007 at Tsu & Nami Japanese Restaurant, JW Marriott Bangkok Mark your calendars for Saturday, October 6th, 2007 when Chef Aki, Tsu and Nami’s Head Chef will be doing monthly Japanese cooking class work shop - Aki’s Real Traditional Japanese Cooking Class & Teppanyaki Workshop - demonstrated by Chef Aki. Aki’s Cooking class is scheduled to hold on first Saturday of each month and the next cooking class will be offered in English on Saturday, October 6th, 2007, 8.50 am -1.30 pm. For best class results, seats are limited at 12 persons per class. You will learn the secret of Japanese cooking from our experienced Japanese Head Chef, Aki, and enjoy cool food on a hot plate afterwards. Chef Aki will reveal his secret from choosing ingredients to semi-hands-on cooking which not only enables you to learn a crucial tip to choose ingredient & cook Japanese food but also enjoy the step by step of Japanese cooking. Moreover, this year Chef Aki adds more fun with Teppanyaki Demonstration and Hands-On Session for you to learn another Japanese Cooking style and enjoy lunch hosted by Chef Aki at Nami Teppanyaki Steakhouse. Each workshop, guest will learn how to prepare Sake Cocktail, Sushi, Japanese Soup, Japanese appetizer, Teppanyaki technique and dessert. Chef Aki has long experience in traditional Japanese cooking. Starting his career at the Chef School in Tokyo, he worked in several traditional Japanese restaurants in Tokyo before moving to gain more experience in New York and Los Angeles for over 13 years. Prior to this appointment, he was the Head Chef at Wasabi Sabi Restaurant, a famous Japanese Restaurant in Hong Kong. Each participant will receive a special designed apron for a class souvenir. Cooking class certificate will also be presented upon the completion of the class. Class is price at Bath 1,900 net per person.
