This event celebrates H.M. the King’s 80th Anniversary by creating a car mosaic of 444 MINI cars forming the words ‘LONG LIVE THE KING’. This feat breaks the Guinness Book world record in the category of car mosaics. This unforgettable experience takes place on September 22, 2007 at the headquarters of the 11th Infantry Regiment of the King’s Guard. Mr. Preecha Ninatkiattkul, MINI Thailand General Manager, says “This collective effort of all MINISTERS (MINI drivers) goes beyond a mere social contribution activity or world record-breaking event. It clearly represents Thai national unity in showing respect to the H.M. the King.
