Three fitness athletes from Thai Bodybuilding Association are now in the world ranking as they competed at International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness (IFBB) Women’s World Fitness Championships organised recently in Santa Susanna, Spain. Some 200 male and female fitness athletes from all over the world competed event which was organised for 5 consecutive years.
2007 Asian Mr Fitness Champion Wanchai Kanchanapimai from Thailand Bodybuilding Association ranked in the 9th place of Mr Fitness Open category. Rungtawan Jindasing is in the 10th place in Ms Bodyfitness up to 163-cm- category and Apiporn Chomsomboon is in the 14th place of Ms Fitness up to 163-cm-category.
Mr Pakpong Kriangsak, President of Thai Bodybuilding Association said “Though this is the first time our fitness athletes participated in the worldwide fitness competition. We are very pleased with the results. Our fitness athletes have gained a lot of experience and knowledge from the match. I strongly believe that they will be able to improve and perform better in the up-coming year competition.”
