Marriott Caf? will include International Vegetarian Food corner to its regular buffet. Chef will offer the best vegetarian dish in town by using imported vegetables, wild mushroom, selected tofu and special home made sauce. Menus include assorted salad bar, compound salad, hot snack, soup of the day, hot food and dessert. Vegetarian menus are available for both lunch and dinner buffet at price of Baht 720 and Baht 1,190 per person. Vegetarian a la carte menu is also available. White Elephant also offers Vegetarian a la carte menu. Menu selections are Deep-Fried Curry Corn Cake, Fresh Fruit Salad “Som Tum” Style, Spicy & Sour Mushroom Soup Flavors with Lemongrass, Young Jackfruit Curry Northern Style, Eggplant Dip Northern Style Served with Fresh Vegetable and much more. Five courses vegetarian set menus are also available at the price of 600 Baht per person. Man Ho, Chef James Ng, new Executive Chinese Chef has created savory vegetarian specialties, available for both set menu and a la carte. Menus include Man Ho Vegetarian Combination Platter, Double Winter Melon with Shark Fin & Ham, Deep fried Vegetarian Chicken, Braised Loh Han Vegetable Wrap with Bean Skin, Braised Pi-Pa tofu with seasonal Green, Sauteed Prawns with Dried Chili in Szechuan Style, Fried Rice Noodle with Assorted Vegetable, Braised Lo Han Vegetable in Clay pot, Braised Tofu with “Hong Fu-Ji” Mushroom, Crispy Milk and many more. Menus are Yasai Itame (Japanese Style Stir Fry Mix Vegetable), Agedashi Tofu (Deep Fried Tofu with Sweet Soy Soup) and much more. Nami is also offering Vegetarian Menu Teppanyaki Style.
