Under the new terms, MINT's role will be to provide development, marketing and consulting services on anon-exclusive basis for MVCI to expand its timeshare business in the South East Asia region (inclusive ofThailand). Following the success of Marriott's Phuket Beach Club, MVCI is expanding its new Asia Pacific"Points Club" program.
