Bangkok--18 Oct--JW Marriott Bangkok Tsu, the contemporary — traditional Japanese Restaurant, introduces new a la carte menu adding over 30 new menus exclusively created by Head Chef Akihiro Izumi. Chef Aki has an extended experience in traditional Japanese cuisine both in Japan and out side Japan. His menus are not just great taste but superb in presentation. New menus include; starter menu such as Cold Silky Tofu and Dynamite Seafood. Aki comes up with 3 more choices of Salad menu, Grilled Japanese King Crab Cabbage Salad, Healthy Mountain Yam Salad and Spicy Blue Fin Tuna Salad. Try some of Aki’s new age soup such as Creamy Vegetable Miso soup. Indulge an appetite with Aki’s creation roll such as King Crunchy Roll, Hawaiian Roll, Yaki Tuna Roll and much more. Menus can’t be missed are Sashimi Creation which include Tataki Blue Fin Red, Tataki Blue Fin Medium Fatty, Yellow Tail Dreams. For main, we have various mouth watering menu such as Deep Fried Chicken with Spicy Asian Sauce Japanese Beef Cutlet, Age Mackerel, Sauteed Eel and Foie Gras, to name are only a few of what is offered on Tsu’s new menu.
