Bangkok--25 Oct--JW Marriott Bangkok Exclusive creations from the new Executive Chinese Chef at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant, James Ng, are now available. These new items are featured in both a la carte and set menus. Menu items of special interest are: Drunken Chicken Roll, Shark’s Fin Soup Seafood in Spinach Stock, Braised Japanese Bean Curd with Hong Fu Ji Mushroom, Braised Duck with Shredded Mushrooms, Braised Sea Prawns tied with String Bean, Imported Vegetable top with Superior Stock, Fried Rice with Yunan Ham Dried Scallop and Crab Meat and Chilled Almond Bean Curd with Longan. Chef Ng is a native Singaporean. He has over 30 years of experience in cooking and has worked in many of the finest properties in Asia Pacific. His new menu is simple and preserves the authentic flavors of the Cantonese style of cooking. Man Ho Chinese Restaurant is located on the 2nd floor of JW Marriott Bangkok on Sukhumvit Soi 2.
