Bangkok--6 Nov--Weber Shandwick With a hit new product on its hands, Esso (Thailand) Public Company Limited is stepping up efforts to engage Thailand’s pickup community -- the world’s second largest -- by taking its three new Mobil Super Turbospeed lubricants on the road in order to get closer to its “fans”. From 3 November to 15 December, Esso Thailand will be traveling the Kingdom on its “Mobil Super Turbospeed Roadshow” and inviting pickup truck owners, their families and other customers to special events that will feature celebrities, games, food and displays, including a technical demonstration for automobile mechanics and technicians to show how Mobil lubricants outperform the competition at the Mobil Laboratory Demonstration Zone. Yet these won’t be like any other demonstrations because Mobil Super Turbospeed isn’t like any other product. Truck owners, families and customers attending these events will experience firsthand the product’s top-notch performance and distinctive capabilities. The three engine oils in the Turbospeed lineup are specifically formulated for the special needs of pickup trucks, Thailand’s most popular type of motor vehicle. The products range from premium mineral (Mobil Super 1000 Turbospeed 15W-40), semi-synthetic (Mobil Super 2000 Turbospeed 10W-30), to top-of-the-line full synthetic (Mobil 1 Turbo Diesel Pick Up 5W-40) and all have been well received since their introduction in Thailand earlier this year. “The response to our Mobil Super Turbospeed lubricants has been very strong; far beyond our original expectations for this product line,” said Russell E.
