Better World Green to list on Thai bourse on November 14

Bangkok--13 Nov--SET Better World Green PCL will be listed in Services Industry Group on The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) on November 14, after raising THB 240 million for debt servicing and business expansion. The company will be listed in the Professional Service Sector, Service Industry Group, using “BWG” as its trading symbol, SET Executive Vice President Mr. Vichate Tantiwanich said. BWG has total paid-up capital of THB 320 million, consisting of 240 million existing common shares and 80 million capital increase shares, with a par value of THB 1.00 each. During its initial public offering (IPO) on October 31 — November 2, the firm offered 76 million shares to the general public, and another 4 million shares to its directors and employees, at THB 3.00 per share - a total value of THB 240 million. Proceeds from fundraising will be used for debt repayment to financial institutions, business expansion and working capital. The firm’s dividend payment policy is to pay no less than 50% of its consolidated net profit after taxes. BWG’s IPO price reflects a price/earnings (P/E) ratio of nine (based on its H1/2007 profits plus projected H2/2007 profits divided by total shares after IPO), which is equal to discounts of 60% and 25% from the three-month P/E ratios (ending Oct. 25, 2007) of Professional Service Sector and the total market P/E of 23 and 12 times respectively. KTB Securities Co., Ltd. is the company’s financial advisor. The firm provides integrated non-hazardous and hazardous waste management services, including water treatment, waste refinement for alternative fuels and waste management support in transportation, recycling and advisory services. BWG has three major shareholders — the Luengviriya, Wirathepsuporn, Jungroongruangkit, and Iamsakul Groups, who respectively hold 28.49%, 6.88%, 4.84% and 4.72% of paid-up capital after the IPO.
