Bangkok--16 Jan--TRIS Rating TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. has cancelled the rating of Premier Resort Krabi Co., Ltd’s (PRK) Bt850 million senior secured debentures (PRK081A). The cancellation is due to the redemption of PRK’s debentures and the company does not have any plans to issue debentures in the near future. Therefore, TRIS Rating will no longer monitor PRK's performance, and the previously-assigned “BB+” issue rating with “stable” outlook should not be used for a reference.
