Bangkok--25 Jan--Thai Airways The Corporate Communications Department of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited provided clarification on incident involving flight TG696 routed Bangkok — Phnom Penh on 25 January 2008 at 09.29 hrs. THAI’s A300-600 aircraft, total of 12 passengers in Business Class, 135 passengers in Economy Class and 13 crews which was scheduled to depart at 08.15 hrs. (Thailand time). THAI conducted a check on the aircraft in accordance with company policy before the scheduled flight. It was concluded that the first tire was flat during taxi, resulting from this incident, a change of new tire was made. Flight TG697 departed at 11.35 hrs on 25 January 2008 with a delayed departure by 1.42 hours and arrived in Bangkok at 12.42 hours (Thailand time). There were a total of 15 passengers in Business Class, 126 passengers in Economy Class and 13 crews on board.
