Bangkok--13 Feb--Bangkok Bank Bangkok Bank invites all interested tertiary level Thai students to apply for the bank’s unique training course - the Student Internship Program. Applications will be accepted until February 15, 2008. Bangkok Bank Executive Vice President and Human Resources Division Manager Mrs. Saowanee Siripat said the bank is inviting Thai students who have completed their third year of study in any field at a university in Thailand to join the bank’s 49th Student Internship Program during the school vacation from April-May 2008. Eighty seats are available on the training course which is provided free of charge. The program will cover five areas: self-improvement and leadership; management and business administration; social administration and development; economics and national development and finance; banking; and investment. Students attending the training course will gain valuable knowledge and experience in banking and finance and will hear from speakers in the public and private sectors as well as senior executives of the bank. Mrs. Saowanee said Bangkok Bank initiated the Student Internship Program in 1984 and has received strong interest from students every year since.
