Bangkok--14 Feb--Oasis Media Four Pattana announces its strategic plan for 2008 under the concept — The Year of 4 — where the company will aggressively move forward on 4 fronts, including products which will be redesigned to penetrate into residential project; standard which focuses on building “standard above standards”; services which emphasize on complete range of services from design through to construction and furnishing, and; partners which the company plans to ally with new building material partners to develop new exciting products for its customers, aiming to achieve a annual sales target of 505 MB. Mr. Pramote Theerakul, the Managing Director of Four Pattana Co., Ltd., reveals that the overall home building market in 2008 is expected to improve. As local political factor has become clear, it is expected that consumers will be more confident to build more houses. As a plan to accommodate such growth in the home building market, the company has laid out “The Year of 4” concept in 2008 to determine its 4 strategic areas of development including Products Currently the company’s main business groups include home building, interior design and furnishing, building materials, as well as advertising, event and printed material design. In 2008, its home building group will focus on the development of new home designs to capture the market ever changing needs as well as to provide complete range of services from design, construction through to excellent after sales services. The company now has more than 50 home designs to choose from with prices ranging from below 5 MB managed by Four Develop Houses; 5-10 MB and above managed by Four Pattana; while interior design and furnishing will be managed by Four Pattana Interior. Moreover, in 2008 the company will also develop fully furnished houses as an alternative choice for its customers to choose from. Besides new developments in home building, in 2008 the company will aggressively move into its 2nd residential project, following the success of its “ Bann Chuen Ratchada” project, under the brand “Baan Budsaba” project located on Tivanont Road with a total land area of more than 8 rai. The project will be developed into 50 detached houses with an average size of 50-70 square wah and a total project value of 200 MB. Similar to the company’s first investment project, this project will also be a joint venture with the land owner. Currently it is in the process of project planning and building models, which the company expects to be able to make its official launch in 3Q08. As for building material group, which is the distributor of “Easy Truss” rustproof steel roof structure and Shell waterproof composite products, the group will focus on market expansion, especially for “Easy Truss” roof structure, which has successfully penetrated into several residential projects today. All houses built will receive one-year warranty for its general structure, three-year warranty for building structure, five-year warranty for roof structure and three-year warrantee for termite proof. He further adds that the company has set its annual sales target for 2008 at 505 MB, which implies an increase of 10.2% YoY from 458 MB in 2007 with 75 MB contribution from below 5 MB housing segment, 240 MB contribution from 5-10 MB housing segment, 80 MB contribution from 10 MB housing segment, 50 MB contribution from interior design and furnishing, 10 MB contribution from landscape design and works, 35 MB contribution from the sales and distribution of waterproof composite products and “Easy Truss” rustproof steel roof structure, and 15 MB contribution from advertising design and event.
