Bangkok--26 Feb--Thai Airways On 25th February 2008, Thai Airways International Public Company Limited held a Board of Directors’ Meeting, chaired by Mr. Suparut Kawatkul, THAI’s Acting Chairman, at THAI’s Head Office, with the following results:1. THAI’s Financial Results for the Period October — December 2007 THAI has changed its accounting period to a normal calendar year beginning January 1 and ending December 31, commencing January 1, 2008. The first period of accounting change is from October 1, 2007 to December 31, 2007. THAI’s Board of Directors acknowledged that THAI’s revenue from the sale of goods and the rendering of services totaled 53,493 million baht. THAI’s operating expense totaled 49,769 million baht. As a result, profit from sales of goods and the rendering of service was 3,724 million baht. THAI’s net profit was 1,839 million baht, or a per share earning of 1.08 baht. As of December 31, 2007, total assets for THAI and its subsidiary were 280,275 million baht, total liabilities were 212,250 million baht, and total shareholders’ equity were 68,025 million baht.2. 2nd 2007 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting THAI will hold the 2nd 2007 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting on Wednesday, 9th April 2008. at 13.30 hrs. at the Army Club, 3rd Floor, Makawan Rangsan Room on Vibhavadi Rangsit Road. The date set for the closing of the share register for the right to attend the 2nd 2007 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting shall be from Thursday, 20 March 2008 at 12.00 hrs., until the 2nd 2007 Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting is completed.
