Seamico Securities Public Company Limited has appointed Mr. Ekamol Kiriwat as an Independent Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors, filling a vacancy which is subject to the approval of the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Mr. Ekamol Kiriwat graduated with a M.B.A (Finance) from Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration, USA, under a scholarship from the Bank of Thailand. He worked as key personnel at the Bank of Thailand for over than 10 years under various positions such as Assistant, Deputy, Bank of Thailand, etc. His latest position is the Court of Director, Bank of Thailand. Moreover, Mr. Ekamol has also worked as the Secretary — General of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Currently, Mr. Ekamol is an advisor to various leading companies.
