From March 1, 2008 through March 31, 2008 guests can enjoy some very special dishes that are as nutritious as they are delicious in this elegant riverside restaurant. Chef Charoensri’s latest mouthwatering creations include succulent Hor Mok Goong Yai (Steamed tiger prawn in Hor Mok “Drangon Style”), Spice up a little with Chu Chee Hor Mok Pla Krai (Steamed Spotted Featherback fish with Chu Chee red curry sauce), hearty (Steamed Prawn & Red snapper fillet with Hor Mok cook in young coconut) Hor Mok Prawn and red snapper fillet (Steamed Prawn & Red snapper fillet with Hor Mok cook in young coconut), and Grand Mother’s home style Hor Mok (Red snapper fillet marinated with fresh herbs and spices). Moreover, Thara Thong would like to introduce “ Amok ” which is a similar dish from neighboring land~ Cambodia like Chicken Amok, Seafood Amok, Chicken and Seafood Amok and the highlight is Seafood Amok Lasagna.
