Bangkok--10 Mar--CS LOXINFO With the fundamental strength of the company, CS Loxinfo public company (CSL) is going to pay special benefit to its shareholders totaled 431 MB or equivalent to 0.75 Bt/share in form of a par reduction. On 7 March 2008, the Board of Director of CSL has agreed to propose to the annual general meeting of the shareholders (AGM) to approve a special payment to all shareholders as a special benefit in form of a par reduction from 1.00 Bath per share to 0.25 Bt per share. The AGM shall be held on 9 April 2008. During the past few years, CSL had net cash in flow much higher than net profit reported in the income statement. This is because the company recognized high non cash cost or amortization cost which resulted in lower net profit than net free cash flow. In other words, the company economic profit is higher than accounting profit. In order to improve shareholder return, the Board of Directors proposed to return special benefit other than normal dividend in form of par reduction. Subsequently each share shall receive pre tax cash return of 0.75 Bt/share.
