Bangkok--13 Jun--CS Loxinfo The Board of Director of CS Loxinfo (Public) Company Limited (CSL) declared an interim dividend of 0.23 Baht/share. In order to show CSL strong financial fundamental and its intention to maximize shareholder wealth, the interim dividend is designed to be paid on the same day as capital reduction. Therefore the shareholders shall receive totalled 0.98 Baht/share comprising a) pre-tax capital return of 0.75 Baht/share plus b) an interim dividend of 0.23 Baht/share. The closing date for capital return and dividend shall be 26 June 2008 at 12.00 am. The date of cash disbursement shall be 10 July 2008. The investors who wish to receive the capital return and dividend payment totaled 0.98 Baht/share must purchase the share on or before 20 June 2008.
