True Touch Projects 350 Million Baht Revenue in 2008 and 10-15% increase in 2009

Bangkok--29 Sep--Thana Burin Asia Pacific Plans Further Investment in Technologies Thailand’s leading full-service provider of Outsourcing Contact Center Service True Touch Co Ltd foresees its business will grow due to exciting opportunities as it continues to place emphasis on high quality services in line with technology systems and experience of its personnel. True Touch is confident that it will be able to reach its business forecast of 350 million baht by year end 2008 or an increase of 15% versus last year. Its market share is currently some 30%. The company also plans to invest in several technologies, including Speech Recognition, Text to Speech and Intelligence IVR (Personalized IVR) to strengthen one-stop efficiency services. Mrs Suphavadee Trakulboon, General Manager of True Touch Co Ltd, a subsidiary of True Corporation Plc, said “The Outsourcing Call Center market has grown steadily and is worth over 1,000 million baht. It is also forecast that the market next year will have an average business growth of some 10-15%. “For our 2008 business operation we projected that our revenue will be around 350 million baht and we retain our market share similar to last year and as one of the largest Outsourcing Call Center business operators. Currently we have over 40 customers, some 90% are private organisations and the other 10% are government and state enterprise organisations,” Mrs Suphavadee said. She further stated “The majority of our revenue is from Totally Outsource and Tele-marketing service. In 2009, we will place emphasis on offering consultancy services as well as Outsourcing Call Center system installation, as there is still demand.
