Tara Tiradnakorn (right), President of Chevron Thailand Exploration and Production, Ltd. presented a donation of 455,401 baht to Assoc. Prof. Therdchai Jivacate, M.D., Secretary-General of the Prostheses Foundation of H.R.H. The Princess Mother and 2008 Ramon Magsaysay Award winner or Public Service category for more than 16 years of his dedication to the foundation. The donation to the Prostheses Foundation comes from the company’s funraising activity called “Chevron Offshore Marathon”, an annual activity encouraging offshore employees to exercise for charity. After a month of marathon running and records, Chevron contributes 10 baht for every 1 kilometer distance. The 8th consecutive “Chevorn Offshore Marathon” to promote health and charity was participated by 1,466 employees with a total running distance of 45,540.10 kilometers.
