Photo Release: Bangkok Bank grants certificates to students participating in the 50th class of Student Internship Program

Bangkok--13 Nov--Bangkok Bank Bangkok Bank Executive Co-chairman Piti Sithi-Amnuai presided over a ceremony for the Student Internship Program (SIP) for 2008 and presented certificates to students who have completed the course. It is the 50th SIP training program organized by the bank. Bangkok Bank has organized two classes in the SIP training program every year for 25 consecutive years. The SIP course is for tertiary students from the third year to doctorate level and provides them with first-hand experience in the financial and banking industry. The students are invited to prepare business plans for the bank’s products and services which must be practical and feasible, and include operations, investment, marketing, and a thorough market and product analysis. The Student Internship Program aims to develop the students’ knowledge in five areas: self-improvement and leadership; management and business administration; social administration and development; economics and national development and finance; banking; and investment. The program received interest from students from every university and has produced quality personnel for every industry in Thailand.
