TRIS Rating Co., Ltd. has cancelled the company rating of TPI Polene PLC (TPIPL). The cancellation came at the request of TPIPL. Due to the termination of the credit rating service agreement, TRIS Rating will not be able to monitor the progress of the refinancing of TPIPL’s remaining debts under the Master Restructuring Agreement (MRA), which will be due on 31 December 2008.
Consequently, the “BBB” rating with “Negative” CreditAlert TRIS Rating previously assigned to TPIPL should no longer be used as a reference.
