Harrison is putting together four downtown condominiums in a Harrison Grand Sale, to be held during March 28-29, 2009 at each respective project site, to stimulate local property market. With modern marketing pool concept, the four projects will share expenses on advertising, public relation as well as special marketing activities. The sale, which will specially offer its buyers a record discount of up to 50%, is expected to receive good response from its targets as all are completely built projects, where buyers could further receive benefits from the government’s stimulus package.
Mr.Supachai Chammanovong Senior Vice President of Harrison Pcl., reveals today that the company is putting together four leading condominiums in a Harrison Grand Sale to stimulate local property market. With modern marketing-pool concept, the four projects will be the first to jointly give away a record discount of up to 50%. In addition, the four condominiums, which are downtown new completely-built projects with only a few units left, will be sharing event expenditures on advertising, public relation as well as other marketing activities; hence, helping each project save marketing budgets and smooth out the sales process.
The company plans to organize such an activity on a quarterly basis with four completely-built ready-to-move-in-and-transfer projects in each event. In its first event, the four participating projects will include @ City Sukhumvit 101/1, Waterford Sukhumvit 50, Saint Louis Grand Terrace Sathorn, and The Master Centrium Asoke. In this event, a maximum discount of 50% and a starting price of 850,000 Baht per unit will be offered. In addition, Siam Commercial Bank will extend special credits and interest rates to all buyers booking under this campaign.
“The activity will serve as a strategy to speed up project closing, since each project has only a few units left and is willing to offer a record discount of up to 50%. This is now the time for property buyers to make their immediate decisions. In addition to speeding up project closing, such marketing activity also helps each project save marketing budgets. In this regard, we plan to organize such an activity on a quarterly basis and expect that each event will receive good response from its targets. As all projects are completely-built, this will give more confidence to the consumers.” Mr. Supachai said.
Mr. Supachai further added that it was expected that such activity would receive good response from its targets since the government currently had a stimulus package for those buyers who bought their property within 2009 to use a principle amount no more than 300,000 Baht and an interest of no more than 100,000 Baht spent on the purchased property as tax allowance as well as to reduce transfer and mortgage fees to only 0.01%. Such package will help encourage the consumers to make quicker decisions. Those interested in the campaign could make their site visits for further information from February onwards, while the company would stage its Grand Sale for on-site reservations during March 28-29, 2009.
The details of the four participating projects include @ City Sukhumvit 101/1, which consists of five 11-14-story buildings located on a 7 rai plot of land and a total of 799 units with a total project value of 1.2 BN; Waterford Sukhumvit 50, which consists of seven 8-story buildings located on a 11 rai plot of land and a total of 738 units with a total project value of 2.5 BN; Saint Louis Grand Terrace Sathorn, which is an 28-story building located on a 2 rai plot of land and a total of 245 units (42 units outstanding) with a total project value of 300 MB; and The Master Centrium Asoke, which is a 27-story building located on a 1 rai plot of land and a total of 79 units with a total project value of 800 MB.
