Bangkok--3 Mar--Chevron Chevron held its annual charitable activity, “Chevron Cares for Kids” and made a donation to the Human Development Foundation (HDF). Joe Geagea, Managing Director of Chevron Asia South Ltd. and Marianne Geagea, his wife, joined Chevron staff at the foundation in activities for the children and presenting a donation of 200,000 baht to Father Joe Maier, the founder of the Human Development Foundation (HDF) and the Mercy Centre. The event has been organized for eight consecutive years among Chevron colleagues. Apart from a lunch host, children at the Mercy Center enjoyed games, singing and dancing with Chevronman, a super hero on energy conservation. The day could not end more happily without giving away Chevron bag filled with basic body care — toothbrush, toothpaste, towel and baby powder to all children. The children at the Mercy Center expressed their gratefulness by preparing a stage performance and a hand painting that illustrated the activities.
