TEAM strengthens its manufacturing section and successfully seizes the standard of OHSAS 18001:2007, Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems for its factory at Prachinburi after SGS (Thailand), the system certification company, did the audit at the end of last year. Mr. Rich Fitzgerald said it is another important step to push manufacturing base of Team Precision to reach the international standard target that care the environment, health and safety of their employees and not less than the quality of product and industry.
Mr. Rich Fitzgerald, Chief Executive Officer of Team precision Public Company Limited or TEAM said the company has determined to improve and increase efficiency in the manufacturing base and logistics in order to push TEAM to be the manufacturing base that meet international standard as setting in our target. As a result, the company recently obtained the acceptance again from the International Organization for Standardization. The factory located at Prachinburi has already passed the standard certification: OHAS 18001: 2007 which is the Health and Safety Management Systems for factory from SGS (Thailand), the system certification company, after the audit during 25-26th December, 2008. This is another time the company obtains this standard because TEAM has passed ISO14001:2004 which is the environmental management system before. The company can also maintain this standard by passing the audit at the same time. This can show the determination in stepping forward to be the world-class organization that cares the environment, health and safety of their employees, not less than the quality of product and industry.

In the past Team Precision Public Company Limited has obtained an international standard for quality management ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949:2002. The quality management system standard for automotive industry manufacturer ISO9001:2000, ISO/TS-16949:2002 ,ISO 13485 for medical equipment industry and lately for OHSAS 18001: 2007, Health and Safety Management Systems in the factory. In the future the company plan to pass certifications for international organization in other branches by holding on quality improvement for retaining excellent quality standard and safety of product as well as building customer ’s trust. It should be continuously developed in order to be world-class organization in the future.
