Bangkok--10 Mar--Marketing Integration The Department of Export Promotion announced its positive outlook towards Thai gift and home decorative industries due to their core strengths in design, quality, safety standards and manufacturer responsibilities. Bangkok International Gift Fair and Bangkok International Houseware Fair (BIG+BIH) April 2009 is scheduled for 21-26 April as the platform to exhibit Thai lifestyle products to leading international buyers. The fairs are expected to once again draw more than 100,000 visitors from all over the world. Global economic downturn and value-oriented demand forces importers to put more effort in locating products that are unique, practical, safe and environmentally respectable.
