The top-of-the-range Captiva LTZ 2009 comes with seven-inch navigator screen and 18-inch alloy wheels. The Chevrolet Captiva LTZ debut is also one of the highlights at the Chevrolet pavilion this year. The Captiva LTZ 2009 model comes with a full list of standard options including a seven-inch touch-screen on the console with navigator system incorporating air conditioning and audio controls,luxury beige colored leather, 18-inch alloy wheels with Dunlop sports tires and a chromium front grill. The Captiva LTZ features two-litre four-cylinder diesel which produces 150 BHP, and is mated to a sophisticated AWD system. There is also a Chevrolet Captiva featuring a 2.4 litre 16-valve DOHC four-cylinder gasoline engine which produces 136 BHP for choice. The Captiva’s monocoque received a four-star rating in occupant protection in its category from Euro NCAP, one of the safety organizations with the highest standards. The suspension of the Captiva is also one of the model’s outstanding functions. It features automatic lift Self-Leveling Suspension, hydraulic brake assist, stability control, Electronic Brake Force Distribution, Anti Roll-over Protection and Hill Descent Control. Additionally, Chevrolet will also be displaying the “Captiva Bling Bling” - a specially-modified Captiva decorated with colorful genuine Swarovski crystals all over the vehicle’s exterior and interior. The front and back Chevrolet bowtie logos are fully decorated with Light Colorado Topaz while great numbers of crystal are also embellished in the front grille, headlights, window’s edges, door handles, taillights and wheels as well as the interior console, which is decorated with Black Diamond. There is a total of 150,000 crystals on this special Captiva worth about a million baht and is presented by Bling My Thing company, a pioneer Germany crystal company. With the world’s leading Japanese designer, Ayano Kimura, the famous designer who used to work for Paris Hilton, together with Bruce Willis and other fashionistas. Besides the Chevrolet Captiva LTZ and Captiva Bling Bling, green innovations and advanced technology like the Chevrolet Optra CNG will also grace Chevrolet’s pavilion. The Optra CNG sedan and estate models come with a 1.6-liter engine with bi-fuel system which allows motorists the choice of gasoline or CNG to fill their tank with the switching control button installed at the right of the console. The Optra CNG produces 107 BHP and is equipped with either a five-speed manual or four-speed automatic gearbox. Both the sedan and estate feature a powerful yet smooth ride with the Euro-Ride Suspension which is designed for smooth ride in every road condition, 15 inches alloy wheels and standard functions including Airbag, ABS and EBD. Additionally, Chevrolet Colorado, the ‘American style’ pick-up truck that possesses strength, durability, beauty and luxury in a tough and rugged package is also displayed at the event. Chevrolet Colorado comes with a choice of, first of all, 2,500 cc. with Maximum horsepower is at 116 (PS) at 3,600 times/minute with 280 Nm of torque, and Chevrolet Colorado 3,000 cc engine answers the need of travelling fans seeking for goal, with new engine code 4JJ1-TC 4 Cylinder DCHC 16 Valve of 3,000cc, Commonrail fuel injection system and Turbo Inter Cooler air injection system 146 House Power (PS) with maximum torque at 294 Nm, providing continuous acceleration rate for long direct path and offering excellent strength to carry the car up the steep.
