dtac is ready to send new and free SIM cards to replace damaged and lost ones of its customers at both local and overseas locations. Just call the dtac call center at 1678 and press 5 to order the replacement. Total Access Communication Public Company Limited (dtac) has special service for taking good care of dtac customers whose SIM cards may be lost, stolen or damaged. No matter whether they are in the country or stay abroad, they can always receive replacement SIM cards for their old phone numbers free of charge after contacting the dtac call center at 1678 and press 5.
In case of lost SIM cards, customers can call dtac to deactivate the cards and prevent the phone charges that could otherwise result from strangers’ use of the lost cards. In case of suspected card damages, staff of the dtac call center will try initial solutions first because problems may not result from SIM cards. If cards are proved to be really damaged, replacement cards will be delivered right away.
The customers will receive replacement cards by express mail within three working days for delivery within Bangkok and seven days for delivery to other provinces. The customers who stay overseas will receive replacement cards by EMS in four days.
