Four Develop House, a subsidiary of Four Pattana, discloses its 2009 plan to focus on the 3-5 MB home building segment and to partner with Four Pattna Interior to offer a fully furnished home building package at the Architect ’09.
Mr. Vichai Kongsriong, Managing Director of Four Develop House Co., Ltd., a home building subsidiary of Four Pattana Co., Ltd., discloses today that the company’s result in 1Q09 is at satisfactory level. The company hits a total sale of 15 MB and expects that it will be able to achieve its yearly target. Though the current political turmoil will adversely affect consumer confidence as well as consumer spending, home building customers are financially well disciplined and, thus, will normally make their financial plan well in advance.
In order to help the company’s customers plan, it has partnered with Four Interior Service (FIS), a division of Four Pattana Interior Co., Ltd., to offer a supplement service package, where Four Develop House will be in charge of the home building part, while FIS will be in charge of the home furnishing part. This will be more economical and help the customers considerably save their budget. Currently FD.01 package, which includes standard home building as well as furnishings, is made available to Four Develop House’s customers at the Architect ’09, an event which the company will participate under the Home Building Association’s Pavillion during April 28, 2009 — May 3, 2009 at the Challenger Hall, Muang Thong Thani. The company believes that this important service mile stone will be most beneficial to the 3-5 MB home building segment, as they will get a fully furnished home at economical prices.
“This package is our latest service offer as it is quite tough to do both build and furnish at this price point in this highly competitive market, where many players are present. However, in order to give our customers nothing but the best, we have decided to add this in as an alternative that is most beneficial to our customers.” Mr. Vichai concluded.
Four Develop House is a subsidiary of Four Pattana, a company managed by Mr. Pramote Teerakul and reputed for the past 28 years as a home building company which never use subcontractors. Four Develop House’s main focus is on the medium 3-5 MB home building consumers, which is the largest segment in the home building market, and targets to achieve 80 MB sales in 2009.
