Emerson Network Power, a business of Emerson (NYSE:EMR) and the global leader in enabling Business-Critical Continuity, has recently hosted a Boot Camp workshop to build reseller and business partners’ power and cooling sales competencies as part of its Uptime Partner programme.
Over 60 key resellers participated in a fun, interactive session which included training sessions on Emerson’s adaptive IT infrastructure solutions. The workshop focused on solutions for small to medium sized businesses (SMBs) and solutions for large enterprises. Furthermore, four key products were featured — power products: Liebert PSI-XR, Liebert PSA and Liebert GXT; cooling solutions; Knurr Miracel racks; and other data centre solutions.
Mr. Pichet Ketruam, managing director, Emerson Network Power (Thailand) said, “The needs of our business, customers and market conditions are key metrics that will influence our decisions around channel capacity. Decisions to adopt new business partners are made to ensure a strong touch for customers.”
The session was designed to reward Emerson’s channel partners with a fun and educational weekend in Pattaya, as well as provide partners with the right tools and information by offering an exclusive program that focuses on their success.
